How long does delivery take?

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. After you order, we’ll confirm the delivery time with you by phone or WhatsApp.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery across Egypt, plus mobile wallets and InstaPay on request.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if they arrived damaged.

How do I know the products are authentic?

We only buy from authorised distributors and official agents, and every order is checked by a pharmacist.
