Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every order from Aphrodite Beauty.
Returns
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned — unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page with your order number. We will arrange collection from your address.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned product, we refund the product price in cash or to your mobile wallet within 7 working days. Delivery fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
